Delivery & Returns

Orders are dispatched same day once cleared funds have been received before 12.30pm, or within 5 days in cases of pallet quantity shipments, or for items not routinely held in stock and are shipped via UK Mail or UPS with signature required in all cases. Shipping should normally take between 2 to 3 days within the UK, but this is dependant on geographical location and excludes the highlands and Islands. These terms are subject to change dependent upon product availability but you will be notified of any delays.

Shipping fees include handling and packing charges as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your order will be dispatched in line with courier stipulations for product type and insurances against loss or damage will be dependent on circumstances. All boxes are suitable grade and size for product and are packed to best protect the items in transit.

Returns will be accepted on unopened products sent at customer cost within 28 days of delivery and credit issued upon receipt at Jaytees provided they are received in resalable  condition. Quality complaints will be subject to testing prior to issue of credit for value of goods. No refunds will be given without proof of purchase or for product already used/ disposed of. No damages claims will be accepted once consignment is signed for so please check condition of goods prior to accepting.
